OUR 'ONE STOP SHOP' CONSULTANCY SERVICES INCLUDE:

Topographical land and building surveys. Asbestos surveys of existing buildings on brownfield sites, including pre-acquisition and pre-demolition surveys. Desk study searches, including desktop access to environmental data and historic land use maps, facilitating rapid advice. Integrated site investigations with associated laboratory testing and professional interpretative reporting. On-site monitoring of ground gases, groundwater or noise and dust as required. Detailed environmental risk assessments and design of site remediation schemes, including liaison with the Statutory Authorities, obtaining approval of mitigation measures and supervision and certification of remedial works. In conjunction with our supervisory role we can undertake on-site hydrocarbon screening to confirm effective clean-up, minimising delay awaiting laboratory analysis. Provision of cost effective foundation solutions and, if necessary, environmental mitigation measures.
