- Land Reclamation and Earthworks - Full design, topographic modelling,
contract documents, procurement and implementation supervision.
- Surface Water Control - Surface water and land drainage schemes,
including the use of a SUDS approach to urban drainage by the design and
application of soakaways, attenuation schemes and balancing features.
- Infrastructure Design - Design of access and service roads and drainage to
enable successful project or plot development.
- Quantity Surveying Services - Advice on appropriate Forms of Contract;
procurement advice; preparation of tender and contract documents; post
contract award measurement and certification of contractor's interim and final
invoices; claims advice and assessment.
- Project Management - Full procurement cycle, including feasibility
(establishment of the Client brief), strategy (includes project management
organisation structure, Value Management, procurement policy, appointment
of consultants, project organisation and control, cost plan and cost control),
pre-construction reviews of progress and tender actions, monitoring and
control of construction, programming and monitoring compliance, reporting to
client, commissioning, completion and handover, project completion report.
- Site Management Services - Procurement and administration of security
systems and services; identification and disposal of hazardous materials;
asbestos surveys; arrangements for locks and boarding up; arranging
disconnection of services etc.
