OUR CDM CO-ORDINATOR SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Advising the Client and Contractors of their duties under CDM 2007.
• Determining whether the design identifies and avoids foreseeable risk to the health and safety of those constructing, maintaining or repairing the structure, or others who may be affected by such works.
• Facilitating co-ordination and co-operation between the Designers, Principal Contractor and Client.
• Reviewing Contractors' method statements and risk assessments.
• Pre-notification of the project to the Health and Safety Executive.
• Development of the Health and Safety File.
